Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Rates: Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Method: Standard shipping only.

Timing: Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, peak periods or regional location. Events such as pre-sales will have a 8-10 week shipping time frame from when sale closes.
International Shipping

Where we ship: New Zealand, Canada, UK and Ireland.

Rates: Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Alpha Blokes is not responsible for these charges; they’re payable by you.
*Please note - we do not currently offer US shipping due to the current changes to tariffs but we are working on updating this.
Order Status & Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of your shipping confirmation email, email orders@alphablokes.com.au with your name and order number and we’ll investigate.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (return shipping costs may be deducted). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
If your order arrives damaged, email orders@alphablokes.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We assess these case-by-case and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
