📦30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Item must be in original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

How to start a return

We’re trialling a self‑service return/exchange feature on our site. If it doesn’t work, email orders@alphablokes.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


🧾Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔁Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Note: if a drop has sold out, exchanges may be unavailable.


💳Afterpay Orders – Refunds & ExchangesNew

  • Approved refunds for orders paid with Afterpay are issued back through Afterpay.
  • Afterpay will cancel or adjust remaining instalments and/or refund amounts already paid.
  • Processing times are controlled by Afterpay and your bank.
  • Exchanges: return for refund, then place a new order. If the drop is sold out, exchanges may not be possible.

💰Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take time to post the refund.
